The following programs are open for enrollment:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology – 50 slots available
- Diploma in Industrial Technology – Major in Civil Technology – 25 slots available
- Diploma in Industrial Technology – Major in Food Technology – 25 slots available

Applicants are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to Apply for TESDA’s Free Diploma Programs
Eligibility Requirements:
- K to 12 graduates, or
- Graduates under the old basic education curriculum (2017 and below), or
- Learners who completed a Senior High School equivalent under the Alternative Learning System (ALS).
Required Documents:
- Accomplished Learner’s Profile Application Form
- High School Form 138 or College Transcript of Records
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Two (2) pieces 1×1 ID pictures
- Brown envelope
