Iligan Leads Northern Mindanao in Free ICT Training Under DICT and Cisco Partnership
The DICT Region 10 in partnership with Cisco Networking Academy has officially opened registration for Kickstart Your ICT Journey, a comprehensive series of free self-paced online courses designed to help Filipinos develop in-demand digital skills. Running from September to December 2025, the initiative invites learners from Iligan City, Bukidnon, Lanao del Norte, and the rest of Northern Mindanao to participate in this regional upskilling effort.
Offered under the ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (ILCDB) and Digital Transformation Centers (Tech4ED) program, these training modules provide flexible, industry-relevant learning opportunities that support the country’s growing ICT ecosystem.
Iligan’s Role in Advancing Digital Learning Opportunities
To ensure accessibility, participants can join the courses anytime and anywhere, or visit nearby DICT Digital Transformation Centers (DTCs) if they need computer or internet access.

- DTC Iligan – Pala-o, Iligan City
- DTC Tubod – Poblacion, Tubod, Lanao del Norte
