Iligan Celebrates Smart and Sustainable Milestone
Iligan City secured a Sustained (Level 3) Smart and Sustainable designation at the 2025 National Science, Technology, and Innovation Week, reinforcing its growing leadership in technology-driven development.
This recognition reflects the city’s continued progress in integrating innovation, digital governance, and sustainability through the Iligan Development Goals agenda. The award was received during the Smart Cities and Sustainable Communities ceremonies in Laoag City on November 21, 2025.
