MinDA Announces New Project-Based Hiring Opportunities in Iligan and Davao Development Sphere

The Mindanao Development Authority has opened applications for two project-based technical positions based in Davao City. These roles support MinDA’s ongoing commitment to regional growth and development, offering motivated applicants the chance to contribute to high-impact initiatives that benefit Mindanao communities.

Iligan and Mindanao Hiring Update: Technical Roles Now Available

Both vacancies are housed under the Investment Promotion Division, giving selected candidates the opportunity to work on projects that influence trade, investment, and public communication for Mindanao’s development agenda.

Available Positions

  1. Technical Staff – Graphic Artist (Project-Based)
    Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, with at least 1-3 years of professional design experience. The role requires mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Figma, along with the ability to execute design principles and produce high-quality visual communication materials for public projects.
  2. Technical Monitoring Staff – Trade and Investment Specialist (Project-Based)
    Applicants must possess a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of related work experience, 8 hours of relevant training, and a Career Service Professional Second Level Eligibility. Strong analytical thinking, communication, marketing, and coordination skills are essential.
