Village Meatshop is expanding its team in Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, offering two full-time positions: Operations Manager and Marketing Staff. Both roles support daily store operations and customer service for the meat retail business.
Operations Manager Position
The Operations Manager role is open to male or female applicants with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Preferably with relevant experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage staff and resolve customer issues
- Excellent organizational skills
The Operations Manager will oversee staff performance, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and help maintain service standards for customers.
Marketing Staff Position
The Marketing Staff role is open to male applicants with the following qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year business course
- With or without experience
- Computer literate
- Willing to do fieldwork
- With motorcycle and valid driver’s license
- Hardworking and responsible
The Marketing Staff will help promote Village Meatshop’s products, support on-ground activities, and assist with customer engagement initiatives.
