Based in Cagayan de Oro City, successful applicants will be assigned to various areas, including:
- NorthMin: Iligan, Ozamiz, Dipolog, Bislig
- SOCCSKSARGEN: Cotabato, Sarangani, General Santos, Maguindanao
- Davao Region: Davao de Oro, Davao del Sur, Davao del Norte

Qualifications, Compensation, and Benefits
Qualifications
Applicants are encouraged to apply if they meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in car, solar, or real estate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and a proactive attitude
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a persuasive, customer-focused approach
- Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and events
