Mindanao Communities Rally Behind Pizzakid Half Marathon 2025
The Pizzakid Half Marathon marks a renewed commitment to community support in Mindanao, expanding from its 2024 “Run for a Cause” initiative in Manolo Fortich. Beginning as a small artisan pizza venture in 2020, Pizzakid has since grown into a community-driven brand with an annual outreach program aimed at assisting families during the Christmas season.
Event Highlights and Race Categories
The 2025 edition introduces four distance options, each designed to invite all levels of runners:
- 21km – The Master Dough Run
- 10km – The Flavor Fusion Stride
- 5km – The Classic Crust Cruise
- 3km – The Family Slice Dash
All categories include a premium singlet or shirt, race bib, post-race meal, and aid station support. The 21km and 10km divisions also feature metal finisher medals. Fresh pizza will be available at all aid stations, with additional servings at the finish line. Male and female overall Top 3 finishers will receive cash prizes.
