Iligan City – To ensure the safe and orderly administration of the 2025 Bar Examinations at the Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT), the Supreme Court’s Bar Chairperson’s Office (BCO), in partnership with local authorities, has announced comprehensive security measures and traffic adjustments.

Under Executive Order No. 47-A, s. of 2025, strict guidelines will be implemented in the MSU-IIT vicinity. Foot traffic will be limited to individuals authorized by the Bar Chairperson’s Office, with a clear prohibition on disruptive activities, including:

• Mass or political gatherings unrelated to the exams
• Parades and welcoming activities (salubong)
• Parties, concerts, and karaoke/videoke sessions
• Use of loud sound systems or other activities that may cause disturbance

Additionally, a liquor ban will be enforced within a 50-meter radius of the examination site to maintain a conducive environment for examinees.

Traffic adjustments will be made along Andres Bonifacio Avenue on the following dates:

• September 7, 10, and 14, 2025
• From 3:00 AM – 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
